*Lift this blog off the ground and get it running again.
There are too many things that are distracting, destroying, demoralizing, and depressing me that I need an outlet. Kendo works well but I need something else. I've been reading less, and it's significantly noticeable that my vocabulary and mastery of english grammar is beginning to deteriorate.
I enjoy writing and even if it is only for myself again, so be it. I must clear my head so I can focus better on the things that need focus.

www.sketchpad.tv - Live streaming site for artists by artists
First off. I'd like to shift everyone's attention over to sketchpad.tv. ATK decided to go out on a limb and try something new: utilize live streaming and pool viewers together. This way, artists can get more attention and more exposure. We're still looking for artists to stream in certain timeblocks for now we're just hoping that we can garner enough attention.
Secondly. I've decided to start writing for a site called Moar Powah! It's like an "everything" blog but it's made by a college friend of mine. Hopefully, if he starts pushing me with deadlines then I'll be more willing to write stuff on both there and here.

Life Update -ATK collaboration: Visual Novel
Normally I would be increasing my posts every week but I've been busier with a major project that I'm now working on.
I won't tell you specifics, but ATK and I will be working on a self published (doujin) visual novel written in Flash I believe (I can't find the engine that the japanese circles use). I'm his writer and we'll be aiming for releasing it by NYAF. It'll come in two languages, English and Korean, which means I need to work my ass off in writing the chapters up as fast as possible. I never expected this to happen....

Great job ripping me off guy(s)
I looked up zerreth on google to try and find a community that I wanted to post on again but forgot the name of. While searching, I came across this:
http://www.gamespot.com/pc/rpg/mabinogi/player_review.html?id=635212
I get that there are 15 other reviews, but this, while boosts my ego a bit, it insults me more.
I write these reviews as thoroughly as I can and if I need to, I edit them accordingly. So when I see people copying and pasting my work, it's distasteful. Then again, it goes to show you how little respect there is another's work. It is the youtube generation after all...
Besides this being posted 7 months after mine, this person neglected to remove my name from it. Congrats. You get a "Wau..." from me.
On an unrelated note. I'm not reviewing Outlaw Star. I've sat down multiple times many days to try and write something for it, but something keeps nagging at me and I end up just staring at the computer screen for hours... kinda like my college essays. Regardless, I know it's just another excuse and I know my apologies are probably unforgivable by this point but still.... Sorry. I'm trying to work on something and yet I keep running into an invisible wall. By no means can you count me out saying that I've "lost my spark" or my enthusiasm. I still want to write and I still want to give a second opinion for those of you who need it. I may need some alternatives however. I'm thinking of releasing the link to the request forum but I'm still hesitant. I don't know why, maybe it's because I'm afraid. Regardless. There will be material up whether it's crap or not. If I wait too long, it's going to get worse.

Review Delays
Merry Christmas!
So as I returned home, I noticed that I forgot to pack my memory cards. Which means that all the data I have on Persona 4 is back at the dorm. Instead of spending around 3 days getting back to where I got, I think it may be faster just to play Eternal Poison. Simply due to poor timing, I've been neglecting that game for a bit. I think it may be faster to recover that data than Persona 4.
Which reminds me, I still have material for this Saturday, don't worry about that.
I'm also now in contact with an insider on the gamer industry. I'm still unsure as to how much information I'll be able to obtain, but this makes two now (in addition to a friend in the Korean gaming industry).
On another board related note, a couple of close friends of mine have been building up a site, and they've asked me to join them. I won't tell you the details yet, but I can assure you that if I do end up joining, I won't neglect The Second Opinion. One year's worth of work is a big deal to me.
Final note. 100th post! 100 posts ago, I first started the Second Opinion.
P.S. in reference to those 100 posts ago, I technically have a forum up where you can discuss, but I'm still unsure about making it public. Rather, I'm not really sure if it's necessary.

Posting
Ok, well I'm gonna have to start getting a schedule up of generally when I'm gonna post. I'd like to say about once a week, but I'm not sure if that's possible while I'm still getting the applications for college done. Although there's still a lot of material that I can talk about, I don't go through games nor anime in about a week and I'm afraid I'll run out soon... I could give an overview of the anime episodes I'm watching, but honestly... who cares about that? Each episode helps make the bigger picture and so giving an overview of something of such a small portion seems trivial. I'll try to go for a review every friday or so, but general posting will probably be completely arbitrary.

Who am I?
Assuming that Teh Gunrun actually followed through with my request and added me as an affiliation... You're probably wondering "Just exactly who the hell is Zerreth?" If you came from his CNC Retarded blog, then you should be aware of just exactly how different this blog is from his and wondering as to why the hell should he put a blog such as mine. Simply put, it's because I asked him to and we're friends and I'm more or less mooching off his publicity....
If my name actually rings any bells, it would probably be from this article. I'd like to let you know that this blog is somewhat resembling a similar format to that except that I also review anime, and, to some extent, games. That said, this may actually not be your type of blog. While I am pretty connected with the gaming community as well, I'd have to say that Teh Gunrun has a better sense than I do.

Why zerreth.blogspot.com?
After a bit of thinking, I asked myself why did I just do zerreth.blogspot.com... I mean, it's pretty egotistical of me to do such a thing. So I checked if I could switch to secondopinion.blogspot.com.
To my dismay, it was taken, so I decided to check it out.
Oh...
My...
God...
I wish people like the person who made secondopinion.blogspot.com didn't exist. Seriously. It's probably the remains of some loser 14 year old wanting to voice his idiocy just to look back at it in a narcissistic fashion. So, how is he different from me? He's not getting paid to have people stare at his blog and it's not just some stupid pipe dream. Second, I want more than my little clique of friends to be looking at this. I intend to try and actually make my voice somewhat heard. I should be able to get a couple affiliations which could help boost my "popularity."
I could've resorted to wrath-invoked swearing but I decided against it.
edit: Just tried "thirdopinion" despite how absolutely pitiful "The third opinion" sounds. Apparently even THAT's taken and this time, THERE'S NOTHING THERE...
