Booth Information

If any of you intend to go to the New York Anime Festival, I'll give you guys the info to meet me. Don't know why you would, but it would be nice to just say hi and show your support. I'll be wearing my hakama from kendo so... I should be the only guy that's sitting at a booth in odd clothing.
The booth we'll be at is 28. It's on the Side Artist's alley between..... Pawstar... and TaoToys.

Overall, there are some big sponsors such as ANN, Bandai and Anime castle. There are some sketchy tables that I don't feel really comfortable about. It's not like they're selling +18 stuff, there's always at least one company that buys a table, rather I'm kinda skeptical about the validity of some of these companies.
I'll be there for the entire time, so come on over if you have nothing else to do.

Sorry for the quiet time

Just a heads up, it's about one and a half weeks until New York Anime Festival.
What does this mean to me/you?

Well, I'm currently editing my friend's artbook that he will be selling. What's been bothering me about it is that it's a lot of half-assed work and not what he can actually pull off, which is gonna get bad reception. I've told him to work on newer illustrations but I'm not sure if it's gonna work. I could pace some two-page spreads to break his "simpler" style but it might not be enough. Anyways, I'll give out more details about our booth at NYAF once the 26th comes closer.

Random note. Rie Tanaka will be there on Sunday signing. *Psst. GET ONE*

What about you?

I honestly want to know what you think. For anyone just visiting, could you just fill out this questionnaire and tell me a little bit about yourself. Here's the thing, I can't really talk about any of your interests if I don't know what they are. This blog has a theme to it, yes it does, but that doesn't mean I can't change what certain focuses are or whether you want reviews of something else or a different genre. So for anyone just taking a look around, could you reply with a comment answering these questions?

1. Name (Screen name counts) and Age (this is optional)
2. What are your interests?
3. What kind of games are you into?
4. What kind of anime are you into (if any)
5. Do you follow any news sites? If so which ones? (Gaming, anime, world news)
5a. If not, Do you want to get updates/news about the gaming world?
5b. If not, Do you want to get updates/news about the anime world?
6. What do you honestly think of my writing style? Anything you like/hate? Anything I should change? (you can say anything here)
7. What do you think about the board? (content, writing style, aesthetics, etc...)
8. Got any suggestions?

Thanks for answering guys, and if you don't or can't leave a comment just email me at

Kendo Club

I've decided to join the Kendo Club. Hopefully this will help improve my arm muscles besides golf. For those interested, I'll probably post a picture of me in my hakama or something. This will then lead off to a review of Bamboo Blade, once I'm finished with it.

(Yes... This is a filler post.... sorry)

Edit: Another sorry, apparently I set this post one day ahead....

Something New, Something old, something virtual, something cold.....

The free MMO ads that I had expired and thus I had to resort to other measures. Until I get the html to rotate, it looks like you guys will have to stick with static ads for a while (not sure if you guys care.) I've also added an RSS feed and if you wanna show your "dedication," add yourself to the list that "follows" my blog.
I've added some stuff, rearranged other things. Hopefully, nothing too drastic.

Tell me what you think by leaving a comment or e-mailing me.
